- city tax is not included, this is
1,5 Euro/day/adult
- the house must be
rented from Saturday to Saturday
- by booking 30% deposit must be paid
via bank transfer. In case of cancellation
this sum is paid back only 2 months before
the reserved date. We do not bear the
transfer costs.
- we charge 150 Euro caution for damages
and
loss of keys
- arrival from 2 p.m., departure till
10 a.m.
- when arriving our guests must sign
a registration form and the rules of the
house
- no towels provided
